2015 was a very slow year for cosplay - I had a lot of stress in my life and cosplay really hit the back burner for me because I just didn't feel inspired. Hopefully 2016 is better!

Preparing for Anime North

6 days before I leave... meep.
Still have to hem a dress, make a belt, hem a shirt and put gold trim on said shirt. One afternoon buried in the basement should do it. Almost there!
Then once I get back... have to make two costumes, although one will be far easier than the other. A basic little sundress should be simple enough. The other one, though... here's hoping six weeks is enough time!
Kinda scary that at this point of the year, I've made as many costumes as I made all of last year. By the time Ai-Kon comes around, I'll have doubled 2013's costumes. And Halloween is still to come!
